The morning started off quite foggy, so there were only a few nets opened for the first hour. Activity really picked up once the fog started to burn off. Diversity was excellent. We processed 77 birds (57 new, 20 recaps). Banding highlights included first for the fall NORTHERN PARULA, BAY-BREASTED WARBLER, and a WHITE-THROATED SPARROW. Also new for the fall was an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER on the census.
